No visit to Niagara Falls is complete until you walk the rim and gorge trails. An expansive panoramic view of the mighty Niagara in her teal blue sea colored water. The sounds here are those of a constant rushing water with all the power of an entire ocean. You could easily do the rim trail a few times with a Deep Listening sound walking focus. This is a great site for recharging, and I find it particularly beautiful in winter.
